Serving Those

Resilience Training for First Responders

Difficult Job in Difficult Times

Our first responders need resources to help them thrive in their jobs. While they are experts at technical and tactical proficiency, we're the experts at helping tool this proficiency into a sustainable method to prevent burnout. At Learning to LEAD, we're passionate about offering first responders tools to live fuller lives both at home and at work. That's why we focus on resilience and burnout training for dispatchers, police officers, firefighters, EMS, and correction officers.

Not only is the job difficult, but the public scrutiny on those that serve the public adds a new layer of pressure that’s causing teams, staffers, and squads to experience stress and burnout at higher levels than ever.

What First Responders Say About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn was skilled at identifying her audience, tailoring the content, and collaborating in a way that delivered impactful tools the audience could implement immediately. I gained so much energy from this session, and glad I carved the time out of a very busy schedule to focus on how to care for myself and others.

With greater levels of individual and team resilience, you can expect to see greater workplace engagement and productivity, better problem solving, less burnout, fewer injuries and illnesses, fewer conflicts within the workplace, greater recovery during time off (your people are more refreshed and ready to return to work after time off), decreased anger and frustration, decreased reckless behavior, decreased anxiety, depression and substance abuse.

In short, your people show up, work smarter, get hurt less, cause fewer problems, and reduce administrative stress.
