What sets LEAP apart from other
​leader development programs?

LEAP is a 12-month, cohort-based leadership acceleration program that transforms managers into leaders capable of guiding teams to move their organization to the next level. 

• It is NOT a series of public seminars.
• It is NOT for those unwilling to commit to growth and change.
• It is NOT a remedial program to 'fix' managers who are unwilling or unable to truly lead others.
• It is NOT for organizations that aren't willing to invest time in developing their next generation.  

It is a cohort group of individuals who are invited to join this program for career development purposes. The curriculum is customized to fit each cohort group's needs and real-world issues are discussed in a safe and productive way. During the LEAP year we track participants commitments and measure participants "confidence and competence" at specific intervals so we know how much growth is occurring.

This program guides individuals through their leadership development with:    

• Assessments to define their skill development needs - see examples of our assessment services here
• Customized curriculum mapped to their skill development needs
• In-depth, action-based learning
• Monthly commitments to implement change in their real-world environment
• 1:1 Coaching for personalized leadership development
• Peer discussion to resolve real challenges in their work environment
• Personal development planning
• Earn Master’s Level Credits through Seattle Pacific University

Outcomes
